We commit an agreed minimum number of hours per month to working in your business and alongside your team. Understandably, how that time is utilised is dependent on requirements and can vary from month-to-month, from working with your board on strategy to managing technical teams and external stakeholders.

We most typically work on quarterly-based contracts, giving clients control and flexibility, whilst also ensuring there’s suitable time to make meaningful impact in your business.
