What we look for
Associates work under the Embeddable name, so this is the experience we look for.
- Senior experience leading technology, teams and delivery, as a CTO, Head of Engineering or equivalent
- Depth in modern stacks and architecture, and the judgement to know which details matter
- Clear, plain-English communication with founders, boards and investors
- Experience of investor-backed businesses, from either side of the table; regulated-sector experience is a plus
