Embeddable exists to help investors and businesses make better technology decisions when the stakes are high.
Our role sits at the intersection of strategy, leadership, and delivery.
We work as a small, senior team that embeds itself in each engagement. This allows us to stay close to the detail, understand commercial reality, and take responsibility for outcomes rather than simply offering advice. We’re based in Teesside, and work with investors and businesses across the North of England and the wider UK.

Embeddable was formed and continues to be led by Peter Calvert (LinkedIn, opens in a new tab), a seasoned software engineer, department head, and CTO, with no external investors or shareholders in the business.

Our assessments stand on their own. We check every engagement for conflicts before sign off, and our independence rules are published in full.

Since first forming in early-2023, Embeddable has evolved into a group of companies.
Embeddable Limited, our delivery arm, holds our client contracts, from fractional CTO engagements to investment due diligence, and owns our in-house IP. Embeddable Ventures Limited can hold small minority shareholdings in businesses we work with, where there’s clear long-term alignment, and always separately from our due diligence work.
