About Embeddable

A focused partner, not a traditional agency.

Embeddable exists to help investors and businesses make better technology decisions when the stakes are high.

We work as a small, senior team, embedding ourselves into a limited number of engagements at any one time. This allows us to stay close to the detail, understand commercial reality, and take responsibility for outcomes rather than simply offering advice.

Our role sits at the intersection of strategy, leadership, and delivery.

What we believe

Technology is rarely the problem on its own. Most issues arise when decisions are made without enough context, ownership, or challenge.

Our work is grounded in a few core beliefs:

We are not a volume business. Working with a small number of clients enables us to:

    Embeddable was formed and continues to be led by Peter Calvert, a seasoned software engineer, department head, and CTO, with no external investors or shareholders in the business.

    We’re Cyber Essentials certified and work under NDA as standard, with robust, standardised controls to manage private and sensitive engagements.

    We have a track record of working with businesses across multiple industries, including in regulated areas, such as finance and law.

    We’ve partnered with incubator and accelerator programmes as a trusted advisor and mentor. Our founder also sits on multiple advisory boards.

 

Structured to serve

The Embeddable Group

Since first forming in early-2023, Embeddable has evolved into a group of companies.

Our delivery arm services contracts, such as our fractional CTO engagements and appointments to provide investment due diligence.

Our ventures arm takes ownership of our in-house IP and spin outs, as well as allowing us to hold shares in our client joint ventures, with strict governance procedures in place to avoid conflict.
