Engagement Structure

Flexible doesn’t mean superficial.

We balance adaptability with the time and continuity needed to make responsible decisions, particularly where growth, investment, or operational change is involved.

We shape our commitment around your requirements, with both evolving over time.

For investors, that usually means we meet before you commit, and again when a portfolio company needs senior technology leadership.

Outcome-based: A fixed scope and fixed fee for a defined decision, most often a technical due diligence or a scoped piece of strategy.

Retained leadership: Ongoing, embedded CTO-level leadership, structured quarterly, on a committed-time or objective-led basis.

Equity-aligned: Occasionally, where our work and your long-term growth are closely linked, part of our fee may be exchanged for a small minority shareholding through Embeddable Ventures.
