Explore Due Diligence

An angel investor in the UK was keen to responsibly deploy pre-seed capital into businesses that placed AI at the centre of their solution.

Three investment opportunities were made available, with Embeddable engaged to provide due diligence on each.

Spend time with each target company to understand founder profiles and any team structure
Technical assessment of proof-of-concepts and early-stage products
Differentiate between what is likely to exist in the product long-term, and what would be rebuilt to support scale
Assess ongoing technical spend and commitments, such as AI provider costs
Provide standardised due diligence reporting for the investor to make comparisons where applicable
