Home Sale Pack secured six-figure seed investment to develop and iterate the product at pace.

Adoption

Within 90 days of launch, Home Sale Pack onboarded 100+ estate agents, who in turn invited their customers to the platform.

Accepted onto Ignite accelerator and private Government incubators, ultimately appointing a full-time CTO.

Our discovery process highlighted that the concept of “upfront information” in the home sale process was not new, but it was also not widely adopted, and there was a clear gap in the market for a seller-focused, digital solution.

With a goal of 5-day turnaround from starting a Home Sale Pack to receiving a completed pack, the product needed to be the glue between various digital and non-digital sources, backed up by legal expertise.

The results

Explore Fractional CTO

Working with the Home Sale Pack founding team, their external management and consultants, Embeddable developed and scaled a web-based API platform built to serve the various requirements of parties involved in buying or selling a home: solicitors, estate agents, sellers, buyers, and internal Home Sale Pack staff.

We subsequently engaged as the fractional CTO for Home Sale Pack to lead on technology scaling, before a full-time Chief Technology Officer took over the reins in mid-2026.
