One of Embeddable’s core values is making technology expertise more accessible. That applies to small and growing businesses, who are often priced out of senior leadership hire, but also to individuals. It can be difficult to find a starting point for your career or to find your next move when working in technology or consultancy. Our aim is to provide a team environment for all levels of knowledge to be able to grow and collectively support our clients in their own growth journeys.

Who we are, and who we’re not.

We’re not an agency. We work with a small number of ambitious and growing businesses at any given time, where your involvement plays a key part in a project’s success and a client being able to reach their next milestone. From working with a new business to take their idea to market and beyond, to supporting an existing brand in scaling their platform.

Our clients often lean on us to be their technical guide. That means being able to articulate complex solutions in simple terms, and projects are typically long-term relationships, rather than transactional deliveries.

Who are we not the best fit for?

People enjoy variety on different scales. Whilst we work with businesses across a range of different specialisms, each project takes time to potentially consult, develop and deliver. If you thrive in an environment where you consistently have access to new projects with short turnaround times, we may not be best suited to what you’re looking for.

We believe in shaping our roles around our people. Our focus is on offering a working experience that you enjoy and gives you the ability to deliver the best guidance and/or development for our clients.

From day one, you’ll have access to flexible working hours that supports you in doing great work without compromising other areas of your life. Our training budgets also apply from your first day, meaning if there’s something in particular you’d like to learn and apply during your tenure, our team will support you through mentoring and we’ll purchase additional materials as needed. That’s just the beginning.

After your first six months with Embeddable, we spend time together carving out the aspects of your role that you particularly enjoy, what you’d like the opportunity to do more of, and, within reason, try to shape your role truly around your strengths and the skills that you’d like to develop the most.
