Home Sale Pack decided there must be a better, faster way.
During those six months, information goes stale, mortgage rates and house valuations change, property chains break, and property sales fall through. Nobody wins.
Founded by solicitors, the Home Sale Pack team saw the opportunity for a digital product that could support all parties in the home buying and selling process to list their property on the market, verify identification, collate property information, land searches, and other documents, faster.
Discovery highlighted that the concept of “upfront information” in the home sale process was not new, but it was also not widely adopted, and there was a clear gap in the market for a seller-focused, digital solution.
With a goal of 5-day turnaround from starting a Home Sale Pack to completed pack, the product needed to be the glue between various digital and non-digital sources, backed up by legal expertise.

A successful product launch in February 2024 has since allowed the Home Sale Pack team to make data-led decisions on how to further expand the platform, such as through the introduction of buyer-specific processes and supporting in the sale of development and auctioned properties, and ultimately the introduction of additional AI to further automate key information processes.
